  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered.
  • If you experience technical issues with accessing or using our digital products, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds for digital products may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the product is found to be defective or not as described.

3. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer service.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.
  • If you cancel within the first 14 days of a new subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund.

4. Consulting and Professional Services

For consulting and professional services:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • For ongoing service contracts, refunds will be prorated based on the services already rendered.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Any transaction fees or currency conversion fees are non-refundable.
